RENTAL RATE CARD - For-Profit
Room/Space Rental:

Parking:
Flat Rates
$250 for groups up to 124 people (includes signage and passes only)
$400 for groups over 124 people (includes technician, signage, and passes)
$18/hr/2 hr minimum – parking technician
Individual daily parking passes - Discuss with Event Coordinator
Housekeeping:
$150/day
AV Fees (daily)
Tech onsite for duration of full event $40/hr (MINIMUM of 2 hours)
Verizon Auditorium equipment use $350/day
**additional charges apply for internet access or a la carte equipment needs**
Police/Security (mandatory w/alcohol on campus)
$50/hour, minimum 2 hours
