Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
A Chevy Chase Bank automatic teller machine is located in Randall's Café on the Prince William Campus. This ATM is equipped with a dip card reader that returns the card to the user prior to proceeding with a transaction. Should the ATM not be able to access funds using the card presented, a screen message will notify the user.
According to Network regulations, any questions or concerns regarding transactions with this machine must be reported by the customer to his own bank or financial institution. That institution will then verify and communicate any necessary adjustment to the appropriate Network, who will then communicate with Chevy Chase Bank.
