The Events Coordinator at Prince William Campus works with clients to reserve appropriate meeting room, classroom, or auditorium space for such non-academic events as conferences, meetings, staff training, and luncheons. Clients include departments within the university as well as businesses and organizations from the larger Prince William County/ Northern Virginia area. The Events Coordinator assists clients with coordination of parking arrangements, Audio/Visual support, and catering as needed. Please note, scheduling for university classes will take precedence over all other scheduling.
To reserve space for an event:
All Mason and all non-Mason departments and organizations: Please print and complete the Event Scheduling Form (pdf) and fax to Prince William Operations at (703) 993-8360.
An Event Scheduling Form must be completed before space availability can be determined.
