Facilities Management

George Mason University Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and renovation of all University buildings and infrastructure on all campuses. All services requested of Facilities Management are controlled and coordinated through the Customer Service Center at the Fairfax Campus.

Emergency Complaints & Repairs:
Emergency complaints and repairs (i.e. water leaks, power outages, elevator outages) should be called into the Customer Service Center at 703-993-2525. Then call 703-993-8471 (office) or 703-338-7657 (cell) to reach PWC Facilities Management Supervisor, Ron Witt for immediate assistance Monday thru Friday from the hours of 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Non-Emergency Complaints & Repairs:
Non-emergency requests for service (i.e. room temperature, broken items for repair, repainting/patching, inoperative doors, new equipment installs, etc) should be made using the "MySchoolBuilding" work request web site: http://www.myschoolbuilding.com.
