ITU-PWC Support
ITU-PWC provides walk-in, phone, and email support for computing and telephone hardware, software, and all related peripheral equipment in administrative offices for the Prince William Campus. Support includes assessment, repair, and installation of ITU supported standard equipment and software.
Desktop Support technicians at the Prince William Campus answer calls directed to 703-993-8870. If on-site PWC staff are not available (due to being out of the office working on someone's computer), calls will be answered by Desktop Support Services at the Fairfax Campus. Please do not call technicians directly, but call Desktop Support Services number at 703-993-8870.
